10/10/11 What is a CrossFit GOAT it's a movement that you hate and pray will not turn up in a WOD. Being good Crossfitters we must constantly work our weaknesses in order to improve. So the next time you see Goat WOD on the whiteboard embrace it! pick those exercises you hate and chip away at them......before you know it there will be one less Goat on the list. Coach K |

22/09/11 When starting your journey into CrossFit, dont be in a hurry to set the fastest time or try and lift the heaviest weight if it is at the expense of technique (lifting ugly) and full range of motion (getting that chin above the bar ). The sport of CrossFit requires you to be disiplined in many different movements. This takes time, listen to what your coaches have to say, take it on board and remember "lots of small gains adds up to big gains over time" Coach K |
