How fit do I need to be to start CrossFit?

You don't have to be fit to start CrossFit. We scale all the workouts to meet the fitness needs of our members

What age groups is CrossFit for?

All ages. At present its for males and females aged 16 and up. However at our new gym (opening end of August) we will be running a CrossFit kids programme in the future.

How hard is CrossFit?

Its as hard as you make it!

How long are the classes?

The warm up and workout takes about 45 minutes

Is CrossFit for females?

Absolutely...over 50 % of our members are female...and they all love it!!
