Starting with Reebok CrossFit Canterbury is easy, regardless of your fitness skill or experience level.
We train hard, although our community is a huge part of what we do and you will find the environment very friendly and motivating.
If you are interested in training or trying us out, or to observe what CrossFit is all about, please complete the following form and sign up to one of our FREE introductory
session.
We will customise your introduction to suit YOUR individual circumstances and needs. The coaches have a lot of experience training new CrossFitters, and our
approach of getting you started will set you up for success regardless of skill or experience level.
If you decide to join with Reebok CrossFit Canterbury, you will not be put straight into the deep end .
We offer CrossFit Elements classes, where the coaches guide you through movements and the techniques of CrossFit, to ease and prepare our members for CrossFit
classes.
The introductory program is obligation free and you are most welcome to participate or observe a class.
We must warn you though CrossFit is addictive.
